Three quarts of watermelon purée getting ready to go into the secondary of the watermelon ale. I’ve made this recipe three times now. I think I found it online but can’t seem to find it again to give the appropriate credit. It has the tendency to be a bit astringent at first but mellows to a great summer beer with a nice watermelon aroma. This batch should be ready to keg around the end of the month.
