EJ Black

No better way to check the quality of our hop pellets than to brew with them.

This black hopped ale was brewed with Darbro Farms Columbus and Chinook hops. Elsa was studying measurements in school. She performed all the weighing, data measurements and logging. She’s a great assistant.

We named this brew EJ Black. It turned out to be wonderful!
