One Fall evening I was walking through the hop yard with my good friend Larry. He picked a hop cone and said “smells great”.
I thought he was crazy. The hops were all dry and brown.
He was right the hops had transformed into all lupulin and no green matter.
I brewed an experimental pale ale with the bine dried hops and believe it or not it’s wonderful. Wish I had more!
