Brewed this IPA with farm grown Cascade hops. I used the Blichmann Engineering http://www.blichmannengineering.com HopRocket. The wort was nice and clear. Dry Hopped with more whole leaf Cascade and Citra. Short 4 day dry hop period adds nice hop aroma and flavor without the vegetal taste that can come with long contact with whole hops. Definitely not a session IPA, but a nice sit on the back porch in the evening summer IPA. Recipe is below, enjoy!
