New pale ale is on tap at Darbro Farms. Thanks to Hop of the Month Club for sending some malt samples.
The malt from Maverick Malt House combined with our hops to make a wonderfully mellow pale ale. Recipe below.
- 10 lbs US pale 2 row malt
- 1 lb Maverick Light Munich malt
- 1 lb Maverick 20 Caramel malt
- 1.5 oz Darbro Farms Galena 60min boil
- 1.5 oz Darbro Farms Chinook whirlpool 15min 190deg
- 1.5 oz Darbro Farms Chinook whirlpool 15min 150deg.
- 1.5 oz Darbro Farms Crystal whirlpool 15min 150deg.
- Voss Kveik Yeast
- Yeast nutrient
